the check out page of the PrintsMadeEasy.com site. You agree
to be bound by the results of such coupon processing. Coupons
may be subject to limitations on how many times they may be
used and other limitations. In the event of a conflict between
different coupons attempted to be used on this site, PrintsMadeEasy.com
shall resolve such conflict in its sole discretion and such
resolution shall be binding on you.

The graphics available in the design software for business cards, postcards, and all other products, are the property
of PrintsMadeEasy.com or the copyright protected property
of parties from whom PrintsMadeEasy.com has licensed such
property. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce or otherwise
use these images except on products purchased from PrintsMadeEasy.com.
You may not use sexually explicit or pornographic images on printed materials and merchandise.
Use of Design Software
PrintsMadeEasy.com will not be liable or responsible for any
consequence arising from inappropriate uses of the design
software for creating business cards, postcards, or other products. Each user is responsible for the content of his
or her artwork which is subject to all relevant local, state,
national, and international laws regarding Internet use, intellectual
property rights and other matters.
Users agree not to use PrintsMadeEasy.com to produce or cause any unlawful, offensive, threatening, or obscene material.
Returns
PrintsMadeEasy.com will allow first-time customers to return
any of the products, including business cards and postcards) for a full refund of the purchase price
for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
This guarantee does not apply to orders with a subtotal exceeding
$100. This Money Back Guarantee policy has been created so that customers may customize
and hold in their hand the finished product before deciding
if they want to pay for it, or possibly order more.
Customers that wish to return business cards or other products must place notification in their 'Order History' within Customer Service section of the PrintsMadeEasy.com site. An RMA # will be issued and the customer must ship the products back to PrintsMadeEasy.com before a refund is given. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Use and Storage
PrintsMadeEasy.com reserves the right to establish, without
notice, the time period that designs or other uploaded content
will be retained on PrintsMadeEasy.com servers. You agree
that PrintsMadeEasy.com is not liable or responsible for the
deletion or failure to store your business card designs or any other content.
Content Supplied by You
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or otherwise control
all of the rights to the content that you supply for any product
to be printed or otherwise produced by PrintsMadeEasy.com;
(ii) such content is accurate; (iii) the use of such content
does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to
any person or entity; and (iv) you will indemnify PrintsMadeEasy.com
and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any content
you supply. PrintsMadeEasy.com takes no responsibility and
assumes no liability for any content supplied by you or any
third party.
