Upload Artwork: Envelopes #10, Double-Sided

Keep in mind that you can also upload images through our editing tool, even finished artworks at 300 DPI. Our web-based software is state-of-the-art and easy to use. It is possible to start with any template on the PrintsMadeEasy website and delete all of the layers until it is blank. This page provides an alternative to using our editing tool.

Follow the steps below to upload a finished Envelopes #10, Double-Sided Artwork File for printing.

1) Right-click on the JPEG Template (from within the pop-up window below) and Save it to your computer.

2) Import the JPEG Template in your graphic software.

3) Use the Dimensions / Guide Lines on the JPEG template to adjust the size and position of your artwork.

4) Export your artwork as a PDF or EPS file if possible. Otherwise export as a JPEG with High quality in RGB color.

5) PDF/EPS (vector-based) files print with better clarity. Don't forget to "Embed Fonts" or "Convert Fonts to Outlines".
Additionally, black text can/should be specified as 1-color (verses 4 color CMYK black) to achieve the best results.

6) Upload your artwork file through the Upload Box below.

Locate the image file on your computer that is ready for printing.
Make sure that the size of the image is exactly 16.53" x 9.37" at 200 DPI (3306 px. x 1873 px.)

Artwork for the backside (Optional)
Dimensions for the back are exactly the same as the front.

We highly recommend uploading a background image for your design and then laying text on top of it using our editing tool. We have hundreds of fonts to choose from, so we are sure to have a close match to what is in your design.

It should not take more than a few extra minutes and it could save you a lot of time in the future, especially if you have many employees. Our software makes it easy to update contact information and replicate a design for many people. You may also take advantage of our Saved Projects Search Engine which allows you to search for information within artwork files. This feature may allow you to reorder within seconds, even if you have hundreds of designs saved.
