I just placed an order. Can I still change my artwork?

Because of how our process works, we can't guarantee a change in your artwork once you've placed your order. Contact customer service immediately and we'll see what we can do to help.

How can I determine the status of my order?

You can find the status of your order on your Dashboard when you are logged in, or listed under your Orders.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It takes between 3 and 6 business days depending on the shipping option you chose.

What kind of files do you accept?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

We recommend 300 DPI for all images.

What kind of paper do you use?

For business cards, appointment cards, and postcards, we use 14 point paper.
For brochures, flyers, and posters, we use 100 lb. gloss paper.
For letterhead and envelopes, we use 70 lb. opaque, smooth finish paper.
For magnetic business cards, we use 17 pt. magnetic material.
For return address labels, we use 30-per-sheet sticker paper.

How do I track my order?

Under My Account, click Orders to see your order status. If your order shipped, there will be a tracking number available. You will also receive an email that includes your tracking number. Click on the tracking number to see your shipment's location.

I think there's a problem with my order. What do I do?

We always want to print your order right the first time, but if we don't please contact us within 24 hours. We'll do everything we can to fix it. If for some reason we can't, we will refund you.
