Reward for Late Orders
PrintsMadeEasy.com guarantees that your order will arrive by the "Guaranteed Arrival Date" seen at the "Checkout Screen" and within your "Order History". You are entitled to a refund on your Shipping and Handling fees if your package is delayed ($50 Maximum).

To claim a reward you must log into your "order history" within Customer Service and notify us which product arrived late. The money will be promptly refunded on the same credit card that was used to place the order.  


General Information
* We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
* All orders above $300 require a signature upon delivery.

The shipping cost is calculated by multiplying the product's weight by the cost per lb, then adding that to the minimum cost per shipment. Weight must always be rounded up to the next whole pound.

Product Weights
Multiply by the desired quantity to calculate a total weight for the shipment.
EX: 5 sets of '100 Business Cards' would weigh 2 pounds.

Weight for a single business card: 0.0036 lb.
Weight for a single 4" x 6" postcard: 0.0124 lb.
Weight for a single 5.5" x 8.5" postcard: 0.0248 lb.
Weight for a single envelope: 0.017 lb.
Weight for a single letterhead: 0.0145 lb.

Standard Shipping
Transit time within 5 business days.
Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
